WINDOW Online presents "Interpulsator" by Annie Bradley http://window.auckland.ac.nz/, opening 7th December at 6pm
Screensavers were originally devised to protect the screen from 'burn in' - the image needed to constantly change to avoid leaving a fixed impression. When you stop, distracted, it comes on, the moment without input, operation… There's shifts and gaps happening, things happen wandering, spasmodic. Its happening in smudges. For all its seeming brokenness, it still keeps time smoothly… hesitating. 60 seconds. Work it! _______________________________________________ Ada_list mailing list [email protected] http://aotearoadigitalarts.org.nz/
