hang on, hang on, whoa.

are you saying if i do this, i effectively bypass any work visa issues? so
if i register as a business in NL, i can then do contract work in NL,
despite being on a tourist visa? or i can do contract work in DE on a
tourist visa, because it's for an NL company, despite my not having a work
visa to either country?

don't i need to have some kind of residency in the Netherlands first? or
can i do this on a tourist visa as well?

thanks
d
