Zita (& Adam) --

Sounds very interesting. The only thought I can offer is perhaps to make
contact, if you havent already, for the center for land use interpretation. They

I second that -- I did a 6-week residency at their Wendover, Utah facility in 2010, where I met & spent time with Matt Coolidge (@ [email protected]), one of the founders. He is a phenomenal individual!

Much of their remit is very much about the US environment (and the effects of military-industrial development on the wider landscape/social system/culture, etc). But their approach is quite open and they have built up quite a profound historical and contemporary knowledge-base as well as a strong human network.

might be an interesting org to talk to for some information or ideas on
approaches to contextualise some of the themes with regard to other experiences
and events

it might turn up empty but could be worth at least a call

I'd be happy to make a hand-shake with Matt or just email him!

Cheers,
John
