Thanks Helen! We do need to update the email footers to include unsubscribe info as well, as that seems to have disappeared from them.
We just need to work out how to do that... It's a bit disheartening to have a whole bunch of unsubscribe emails come through just when we're having some connecting projects coming up and actually talking onlist. Helen's instructions should work, and if not please send any unsubscribe requests directly to me, rather than the list address. More positively, It will be great to have so many ADA members and New Zealanders from all over at ISEA this year. We should try to organise a meet up outside the various panels we're on. If anyone knows sydney / the venues and has any ideas let us know : ) Z On 21/05/2013, at 7:02 PM, helen varley jamieson <[email protected]> wrote: > please don't send removal requests to the list address! it just means that > the rest of us who want to be on the list feel swamped by your removal > requests & we are not the list admins so cannot do anything about your > request. > > i think, but someone else should confirm it, that you just need to send a > message to > [email protected] with the word "remove" in the subject > line (or "unsubscribe"?) > > General information about the mailing list is at: > > http://list.waikato.ac.nz/mailman/listinfo/ada_list > > If you ever want to unsubscribe or change your options (eg, switch to > or from digest mode, change your password, etc.), visit your > subscription page at: > > http://list.waikato.ac.nz/mailman/options/ada_list/helen%40creative-catalyst.com > > > > You can also make such adjustments via email by sending a message to: > > [email protected] > > -- > helen varley jamieson > [email protected] > http://www.creative-catalyst.com > http://www.wehaveasituation.net > http://www.upstage.org.nz > > _______________________________________________ > Ada_list mailing list > [email protected] > http://aotearoadigitalarts.org.nz/ _______________________________________________ Ada_list mailing list [email protected] http://aotearoadigitalarts.org.nz/
