We will investigate the possibility of live streaming the festival. You will be informed if that is possible. Open theme with a preference for works that involve collaboration, taking care or a reference to life under COVID Rules: Films or animations 5 minutes or less. Must be a New Zealand Festival premiere (shown in galleries or online is fine). Submission deadline 31 August 2021 to [email protected] Multiple submissions can be in the same email Subtitles are not necessary if not in English or Maori. To submit send an email to [email protected] Title: (if not in English or Māori then with an English translation in brackets) Length: Year + Location of production: Synopsis (less than 500 words). Link to where it can be viewed. You will be emailed if your work is accepted or not before 10 September and if accepted you must send the video as a .mov or .mp4 (preferably H264) by wetransfer, p transfer, or make it downloadable, before 21 September 2021.
