Hi all- Unloved, and unwanted, theres' carving pumpkins piled-up in my local Sainsburys' 10p each.I really can't bear the thought of all that terrible waste!
I'm thinking about experimenting a bit, but does anyone have any suggestions or experience of urban wildlife-friendly uses for them? American websites suggest drying seeds for large birds, but not sure if its applicable to UK. If I just cut them in half and leave them out will it provide any benefits? Thoughts, suggestions & ideas very welcome! -Linda.
