Well... the PDP itself takes quite some time, and if the WG chair is not
pushing with full speed, "about 4-5 months" is fairly normal... these
proposals have only been formally(!) published on October 23, so we're
actually doing OK here.
Now, the whole discussion is much older, but formally, the proposals came
much later...
