Based on the feedback received from the working group, and the feedback
from the NCC by means of the impact analysis, the proposer has decided to
rewrite the proposal text to make the goal clearer and reduce potential
side-effects.
When this is done, a new impact analysis will be done, and then the proposal
re-enters review phase. This will take a few weeks.
Marco will send the formal announcement when the new IA is ready and the
next review phase starts.
