I agree. I would like to see the current proposal 2.0 of 2019-05 implemented 
rather sooner than later. We shouldn't rely on the projected date of IPv4 
depletion.

I'd prefer to have a separate proposal on the lower boundary of allocation. 
This would allow for a broader discussion on how to handle the trade-off 
between size of allocation and renumbering.
