The Last Call phase is now over.

According to the PDP, we do not need any voices of support *here*, but
you decided to have some excitement on the last day and so I'm happy to
state "we have fairly strong support, and no opposing voices".

With that, I declare consensus and ask the RIPE NCC to go implement.


*Now* we can start discussing a new proposal to change assignment 
sizes... :)
