I recently put together an installation guide for Adélie. [1] It covers installing to a BIOS-based computer, with DOS-compatible MBR partitions (LUKS encrypted), LVM, GRUB2, and an initramfs that seamlessly opens the LUKS partitions to boot. The result is a fully encrypted system that needs only a single passphrase to boot.
This guide is originally for an old EeePC I received, but I felt it may be useful to other people installing Adélie. The wiki page has a discussion in the footer one can contribute to without an account, or respond here by e-mail with feedback. Thanks to anyone who checks it out. I hope it helps someone.
