Hm, so it seems like maybe you are missing the 'udev-trigger' service. I believe you probably already ran the first command from:
https://wiki.adelielinux.org/wiki/HOWTO:Manually_install_Ad%C3%A9lie_Linux#Configure_services Were you able to run the second? # rc-update add udev boot # rc-update add udev-trigger boot After adding udev-trigger to the boot runlevel, and then rebooting, is your network or display correctly discovered by the kernel? If not, please go ahead and send along your dmesg output. That will be in /var/log/dmesg if you have the sysklog service installed and running. Best, --arw -- A.
