Skinning tr:panelTip

Hello,
I've been looking through the Trinidad code for a way to skin the
panelTip component. So far the best I have found are OraTipText
OraTipLabel which only skin the text and the label, not the surrounding
panel. I've resorted to using inlineStyle but I would much prefer to
keep the styling in the skin file. Does anyone know how this can be
done?
