Microsoft released a newer version of ADMT which is OS emancipated: http://blogs.technet.com/b/askds/archive/2013/12/13/an-update-for-admt-and-a-few-other-things-too.aspx. You can get at the newer release via the Connect link there.

I'm looking into this more, and the big worry I'm getting is just how old/end of lifed this tool looks. The latest version I'm seeing is 3.2, which supports 2008R2 (and just SQL 2008) but no higher. Does ADMT work on newer operating systems/AD environments and MS just doesn't tell anybody? Or, if you're in a newer environment than 2008R2 are you kind of just SOL? I still need to look into the Dell migration tool, are there any others out there? Thanks.
