The Dell tool has many more features than ADMT. It was recommended by a number of people. Here's a link to a comparison. It used to be known as the Quest Migration Manager before Dell bought Quest.

We have purchased the Dell migration tools and done a couple of tests. It's a pretty nice tool. We have not yet started actual migration, and I'm guessing I'll learn more as we migrate people, workstations and servers. I'm looking into this more, and the big worry I'm getting is just how old/end of lifed this tool looks. The latest version I'm seeing is 3.2, which supports 2008R2 (and just SQL 2008) but no higher. Does ADMT work on newer operating systems/AD environments and MS just doesn't tell anybody? Or, if you're in a newer environment than 2008R2 are you kind of just SOL?
