if you wish to see the positive in this, perhaps it is this:
Microsoft is now having to pay its customers to use its products.
where i come from, that's capitalism spelled backwards. an economic force such
as Microsoft can only endure so many freebies, subsidies, failed initiatives
(Hailstorm), money losers (XBox) before they start to creak beneath the
weight of it all.
