Absolutely. Any help toward OSS should be an automatic green light. We may want a lot of clueful people but if someone is assisting in OSS they should get in as well. More symbiosis for us :) The only requirement is that it's a substantional contribution. You wrote actual documentation or went through testing for a complete release.
