I'm actually compiling a Canada wide LUG directory right now.  In my efforts
to get CLUE reorganized, I've subscribed to every LUG mailing list in Canada
that I can find.  I think I've identified somewhere around forty LUGs in
Canada so far and managed to confirm the activity of about 26 or so mailing
lists.
