Mark,

Would you mind if I suggest referring to it as Linux professionals SIG
rather than Linux Professional SIG?

It's a matter of semantics, but I want to avoid ordeals like CIPS
vs. CCPE (Canadian Council of Professional of Engineers) on the right to
use the title "software engineer" in Canada. [1][2].

If you mean a SIG for IT professionals that use Linux, I suggest using
"Linux professionals", it should be the lowercase to signify that
is professional in the generic sense rather than a proper title of the
"one true" Linux Professional. "Linux Professional" suggests a proper
title which has a set standard.

If you do insist on Linux Professional SIG, then I want a Linux Wizard SIG
as well. For those that Linux transcends just being part of their life in
the workplace. :-)
