A good idea, but I assume it will require money.  Money may be
manifested as bandwidth, but nontheless, it's still an expense.  CLUE
will either need to be established to the point where our hosting
provider is giving us free bandwith, or we will need to be able to pay
for it out of CLUE's expenses.

This could be a great project for someone to undertake.
