Actually, one of the first efforts CLUE will be making is establishing
numbers.  There are already 1000+ registered @linux.ca users, so that's
a good start.  Let's face it though, nobody will really listen in
government unless you represent a signifanct portion of the costituency.

There's also CANOPENER, www.canopener.ca which seems to be making some
headway in Ottawa.
