Gary - I love your site - I check it a couple times a week... but those are just extracted listings from big job sites... (and with the exception of HRDC - those sites charge the companies to list on them)
What we need it something geared to open source... perhaps something like mojolin... http://www.mojolin.com - hmm... an epiphany (it's like lightning striking my brain - sounds painful)... Mojolin does affiliate sites with "unix community web-sites"... http://www.mojolin.com/affiliates/affiliates.php and they have a Canada specific site now... so if we did http://jobs.linux.ca as a mojolin affiliate... we get the service, without the need to build/maintain it ourselves... Thoughts? Feelings? Oh - and I'm hideously unemployed at the moment - so to shamelessly self-promote myself: http://ron.blacknova.net ;) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gary Lawrence Murphy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, September 11, 2002 8:38 PM Subject: Re: suggestion > >>>>> "R" == Ron Harwood <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> writes: > > R> Personally - I think a job board would be a more suitable > R> idea... but then again, being unemployed - I'm biased. ;) ----- > > <promotion class="blatant" > type="self" > link="www.teledyn.com/help/linux/Jobs" /> > > ;) > > -- > Gary Lawrence Murphy <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> TeleDynamics Communications Inc > Business Advantage through Community Software : http://www.teledyn.com > "Computers are useless.
