I agree; the solution may sound sarcastic but I had nothing but trouble
using Cleaner. There are alternatives, some even free such as windows media
encoder.
Media Cleaner is not an Adobe product, it is third party. Perhaps you will
get some help from the company that makes it but I didnt bother.
