I can second Stuart's recommendation. I have used TMPGEnc, Procoder
Express, Canopus SoftMPEG and the Main Concept plug in for Premiere 6.5
(version 1.3b) and the best combination of quality and speed is the Main
Concept plug in. Far better at motion sequences than Pro Coder (to my
surprise and dismay) and much faster than TMPGEnc, which is otherwise a
brilliant codec.

As Frank said, encode your project. Be sure you have the latest encoder
from Main Concept (version 1.3) You can find the free download on
Adobe's site. Uninstall the previous version before loading the
upgrade. I have found that Sonic's MyDVD is ultra user friendly. They
have a free version that usually comes bundled with other software such
as AP.
