Sorry Taky this was bit too fast from my side- my mistake. If you want to change the speed over time in Premiere you would have to split the clip and change each clip. If you want the speed to change over the course of the clip- making its playback accelerate or decelerate you'll need to use After Effects. Sorry about this confusion. Hope this helps?
