I charged US$450 to create a 3 to 5 minute slideshow including project rental and
screen. Another time a couple gave me a VHS tape of their wedding (15 minutes) in Las
Vegas to digitize and burn to DVD. I charged them $200.

If I would charge each time for the help I have given off-line to people who
contacted me directly or had top pay for help I had received on this list... Instead
of charging for your services you should try to talk him through how to do it. I
answered the same question and advised him of the connectability of two camcorders-
see my answer.
This list is for non- commercial advice- isn't it or did I get something wrong
here???
