Hey how are ya,

Your using WIndowsXP, Premiere Pro 1.5

In Premiere 1.5 under PROJECT>Project Manager...
use 'Collect Files and Copy to New Location', 
under Project Destination choose the path to
you hard drive you want to backup too,
other options in the Project Manager are up to you and
what you feel are important.
