The closest I can come is to use a 6-frame cross dissolve, a feather brush
of dissolve so fleeting it hardly seems to have happened, but it softens
the changes quite well, provided the difference in posture isn't extreme.
With a talking head it almost always works, and I recently had to use it
with a Senior VP of a global financial services company who thought of
something she meant to say after a continuous two-camera taping of her
speech. She was fine with it.

Like if you are tapeing a speech and she messes up the word instead of
her reduing the whole speech she just does that line. Is there a way
to make it look like it blends all together instead of two taping's
