One thing you might look for is the pinnacle dv 500plus.  It comes 
with Premiere 6.0  a pinnacle interface that works and breakout box 
for analog IO.  Pinnacle doesn't sell it any more but I have seen it 
on Ebay and other places for a good price.  The type deko that comes 
with it is very easy to get around.  One other feature is if you use 
the pinnacle transitions they are all real time during the editing 
process
