---Apparently you might have the wrong idea about broadcast internship.
More people will "come on board" when they realize that they can earn college
CREDIT. You'll have a line out the door from all the applicants.
You have to get your show marked as an approved internship by the college
faculty. If it's being broadcast then chances are it will be approved,
especially since it is aimed at the youth/music market.
You can conceivably round out an entire crew using interns this way.
