Hey BS, PUtting chapters in MyDVD is a snap. I'm using MyDVD Deluxe, version 6.
Instead of going to all that trouble in Premiere, just save your file as an AVI and import it into MyDVD. You automatically get a "button" for your movie. Right click on it and then click on "Add or Edit Chapters." It's pretty self-explanatory from there. It just takes a few minutes to do.
