Sounds like you may have your drives formatted with the FAT32 file 
system instead of NTFS.  Open My Computer and then right-click on your 
video drive and choose Properties.  It will say what file system you are 
using on that drive.  If it is FAT32, you will need to convert the drive 
to NTFS.  Search the Windows help file for "convert" to find out how to 
convert the drive to the NTFS file system.
