Try to get either a Chromakey blue (or chromakey green) screen (or paint
then make a screen). Film the weather man in front of the screen, then use
premiere's Keying -> Chromakey Blue (or green) filter.. of course you'd have
to have the weather man say in Video track 2 and his maps and things in
Video track 1 to make it work.
