If the marketing suite has the license, then you should be ok, this is
like the Radio stations or tv stations, they have licenses to use
certain songs royalty free for certain purposes that they agreed upon
(air play time, commercials done and only can be played within their
stations, etc), but if it's for more than that, they have to acquire
additional licensing.

So, if the marketing suite have licensing already, best to find out what
sort of 'licensing' they have and if it's covers you shouldn't have any
issue.

I happened to run into this issue a while back and had to check with my
intellectual property attorney.

Yes, anytime if you plan to use a music for anything, for commercial
purpose (not home viewing) then yes, you need to get clearance.
