Eddie, did you press enter to render the footage that's on the timeline
so there is no RED line above the timeline area? If not, then it will
take hours or even days because it must be 1. rendered so it will be
readied, 2. encoded for dvd. As you are using some film effect plug ins
that will take a bit of time to 'prep' the footage.

Hi Jeff,
I have a Pioneer DVR-R100 which writes at 16x. The source video is
from mini dv. The effects that I am using is Cinelook and Digital Film
Lab. I use the burn to dvd option in the file - export menu. I can't
seem to find what the compressor setting is. I hope you can help.

  Thanks,

  Eddy

Some additional information that could be useful: what is the write
speed of
your DVD burner? What DVD compression settings are you choosing in the
export menu? What type of source video is the project comprised of? How
many, and what type, of effects have you applied to the sequence?

Hello,

I hope someone can help me! I am using adobe premiere 1.5 burn to DVD
option when exporting my project. My project is only about 14 minutes
long, but it takes 8 hours for it to burn to DVD. This shouldn't take
so long. ? I use Windows XP and was wondering is it a settings issue.
Does anybody have a solution?

Thanks,

Eddy
