Oh my god! that was so true! I returned the DVStorm 2 card in a week just to
figure out their premiere plug-in doesn't plug in anywhere. All effects work on
Video1 track only. Audio unsynn at the 9th minute of any AVI clip... the whole
package is not workable unless you use Idiots, I mean Edius.

Now I have Matrox RTX100. It isn't the best but they seem work very hard
towards premiere compatibility. The card is somewhat unstable and crashed
often.

Hmmm... a better move will be: trough away any Canopus hardware and look
elsewhere for a trusty developer who care about customers, like Matrox for
example. It's simply incredible that Canopus keeps selling hardware with the
Adobe Premiere Pro sticker in the box just to sell Edius.

And btw, look back sometimes...there is a complete Production studio suite
available from Adobe, Edius workflow compared with that is a joke.

My 0.2 cents.

Diego

maybe blasphemic in this group, but...

I have been working quite happily with Premiere 6.5 on the Storm2.
After I upgraded to Pro I had nothing but troubles.

So I switched to Canopus Edius 3 and believe me, I never looked back to
Premiere since that moment.
