the only way to avoid pixelization using lower res with higher is to not make
the pic full screen; i.e., it's a smaller picture so you can only use it with
decent resolution in a size smaller than full screen if you're working in
higher res.

Subject: [AP] Need Help with the resolution

  hi guys...
i have a problem with video resolution
my video source have a variety resolution from
352x240 until 720x576 Both of PAL and NTSC

and now i have to export them into 1 file (mpeg2) for use into a
Device (LCD with memory Card) that have a 1280x1024 resolution.(i use
  adobe premiere pro 1.5)

but every time i export them in the 1280x1024 the video pixel all
scrambled in that device (strange there is fine in my pc screen).. i
don't know what the problem is? is anyone know what can cause that?

and if i use 720x480 the right and left side is like beeing cut (not
  appear in the screen)

so for now i use 640x480 screen resolution
but the result quality is not so sharp...

is there any suggestion that can upgrade a resolution but
  minimilizing a quality loose?
im still newbie in video editing so i am still dont know much about
  how to do that..
  any suggestion will really help...
  thanks..

  sorry 'bout my english..:)
