[AP] transparent color in a .jpg image

Hello
I want to make tranparente a color of a jpg image in the timelime of 
Premiere Pro
I know there is a tool to "touch" the desired color and make it 
transparent, but I don´t know which... Or a combination of effects may 
be...

The work I must do is "cutting" the sillouethe of a image, making 
transparent the white color around.
