I also had problem like this NTSC via PAL VHS recorder (NTSC compatable)
ADS Pyro A/V .
The only way would be to buy an American NTSC VHS recorder
as the PAL signal from the scart (A/V)
is not compatible.
Hi group!
I transfer analog video to Premiere via my Sony Z1, but this cannot be
done
with NTSC material.
What would be the best solution to do this? Maybe a separate capture
card?
