Dear all,

Seaerching on the web about my problem, I found the forum of Afterdawn
where I could read about the MainConcept MPEG Pro plugin for Adobe
Premiere Pro.
It makes Premiere a native MPEG editor. That solved a long asked
question about the possibility of editing mpg files in Adobe, but was
its capture new posibilities that solved my flickering problem.
I can now capture from my analog card directly into Premiere, with this
pulgin. And when doing so, I tried changing settings, and found that
when I enabled deinterlaced feature, my video did not flicker anymore.
So when capturing from VHS, you need to have that setting enabled. But
without this plugin I could have never found that.

Thank you to everyone who tried to help me out!

As always this list is the best!
