Hello Tom,

I am a new member of this yahoo groups, my suggestion is play with the
deinterlace options of your video.

See if it affects it. If something changes when you play with the deinterlace
setting/filters, it means there might be something within your premiere
settings that changed.

You can also look into resetting your preferences in premiere. See if that
helps.

Good luck

            Hello everyone,

Sorry, this question is complicated, but I appreciate your taking time

with it --

I have video of a person on the Video 1 track.

I put a Digital Juice MOV file (a lower third graphic with alpha

channel) on Video 2.

When I do this, I notice that the color on the Video 1 footage changes

slightly, and the image gets bumped up 1 scan line.

As soon as the Video 2 clip ends, the Video 1 footage goes back to normal.

This isn't happening just with that MOV file -- it happens when I put

other kinds of videos on the Video 2 track, and they overlay the picture

on Video 1.

Anyone have information on this phenomenon?

Thanks,

Tom
