Hello Tom, I am a new member of this yahoo groups, my suggestion is play with the deinterlace options of your video.
See if it affects it. If something changes when you play with the deinterlace setting/filters, it means there might be something within your premiere settings that changed. You can also look into resetting your preferences in premiere. See if that helps.
