I'm in a remote location and do not have access to my help info at
home. Since I'm new to Premier Pro V2.0 I can not find how to add a
voice over track. I'm using an HP lap top and the microphone wizzard
verified that the mic input is alive and working well (by virtue of
hearing my voice through the speakers). Using tne Audio control panel
(in premier) it seems that the tracks 2 and 3 have a control and that I
set the track 2 control to "write." It did not do that during the
playing of the video track. Sooooo. I'm lost. Can someone pull me
through this?
Also, is it possible to stream out the edited A/V through the firewire
port in real time? I would like to have an audience of 4 people with a
mic in between them adding the voice track I mentioned above. The
output using the firewire port can be run into my canopus converter and
stream out video to the TV. Before you ask, the TV is old and does not
have the ability to "hook-up" to the lap top.
