This is a tricky one and I would like to run this by you the
experts. I have a segment 32 minuets long. When trying ot render
this segment, it always ends in a "Disk Full" error. Facts:
1. smaller segemnts ~18Mins, renders just fine.
2. I'm using a external 500GB drive via Fire Wire.
3. At the time of the error the External drive has 365GB of free
space.
4. Using an HP laptop, AMD Turion dual core and 1.0GB RAM

According to the help file, I checked the preferences and yup, its
pointing to the external drive. With 365GB free the error makes no
sense.

Now......

The help files does go on and on about how the disk is to be fast but
also makes mention that it would be a good idea to use the NTSF
format and not the Fat32 format. My external is in the Fat32
format. Is this some quirky issue about file size compilation and my
use of Fat32? RAM limitation? What am I not seeing here? Why the
disk full error when I clearly have 365GB free?

Help!
