So after I upload my video from my camcorder, I watch it in the source
monitor and there are no lines; it is only when I place the footage
into a sequence and watch it on the program monitor, there are all
these messy terrible looking horizontal lines rather than clean smooth
motion blurs. I've done a little looking around to try to find what
causes this, and all I've come up with is that I have to switch my
camera from "interlaced" to "progressive". But why would the video
appear smooth in the source monitor if the problem originated in the
camera?
I could always try switching it to progressive mode, but I'm too lazy ;)
