Or Audacity.
I find a part (with Audition 1.5) where there's just 'pure' noise, get a
profile from that, set to leave only noise with a 90 to 95% reduction.
Next I apply that profile to the whole file, invert, copy then undo the invert
and reduction.
Finally, mix paste and save. It's sort of like a manual way of doing exactly
what those Bose headphones do in realtime.
