Hi Lee and Shab:

I agree about the way to stack the tracks, maybe group them, but
certainly use the same cuts (frame accurate) on each track. 

Assuming that both video feeds are in sync, one other way would be to
"Generate an E.D.L." and impose it on both tracks. Meaning edit one
and then "cut and paste" all the editing onto the next track. You'll
have to look up how to get the EDL out but it should be available.

Whatever you do, I'd suggest taking 10 seconds of each clip only, and
testing it to see if it's going how you want it to go.
