Case color - irrelevant.
PSU underpowered - 750W preferable to allow for expansion.
Mobo is OK - personally I prefer Asus.
CPU is fine.
Memory needs to be faster and low latency - Kingston is still a good choice.
Nowhere near enough HDD capability - 2 * 160GB (min) in RAID Mirror for OS. 2 *
1TB in RAID Stripe for data. Extra single HDD for AP 'scratch' would be an
advantage. HDDs are now very cheap.
DVD drive is excellent but dump Nero. Nero started off very well but has become
bloatware and often interferes with other programs.
Graphics card is OK but something with 1GB memory would give you more speed.
Two monitors are great for AP video editing.
To take advantage of 4GB (or more) memory you need Win XP64 or Vista 64. XP is
only just hanging in there, better with Vista as long as PPro 2 is OK with it -
I have not checked.

The price is average, you could do better by going to a small independent
company who specialise in 'performance' PCs and haggling. You need as much
power as you can get, unless you're happy to do something else whilst your PC
is rendering video. Video can take huge amounts of storage and AP also needs a
scratch area for extra speed, away from your main storage drives.

I have more work than I can handle so not looking for more, but I specialise in
high end PCs for turnkey systems that are the most memory/speed hungry and
would recommend that you go for the best your wallet can stand. Consider more
memory, but you will need a 64bit OS to take advantage of it. Check that GPU
drivers are compatible with 64bit OS. If you feel competent, consider building
your own to reduce costs, but do remember to use an anti-static wrist strap.

Regards,

Alan.
