Hi EVERYBODY.
As spammers get more adept at leaving their junk lying around and find ways
past our moderating/filtering, you may see the odd spam from time-to-time or a
file or photo uploaded that shouldn't be there. I've also just had to remove a
repeat message stuck in the Group Calendar, which nobody was using anyway, so
it's now been disabled.
If you spot a repeat message or more than one of the same spam message, please
tell one of the Moderators immediately. Don't leave it a month before acting,
as that saves everyone else getting pissed off with the missed spam.
Also, if you don't like the particular font another member has used, don't
complain about it, just look at your own default settings and choose the font/s
that you want to see. It's all in the browser/email client manuals - worth a
quick read. :-)
I also had to unsubscribe a member because they seemed incapable of doing it
for themselves. If you really must leave the Group, please click on the
Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every message. It really is quite easy!
PLEASE DON'T reply to this message. No on-forum debate, no comment necessary,
complaints to the Moderators unwelcome. If it applies to you please just
inwardly digest. If it doesn't apply to you, then you won't need to take
offence. <g>
