Subject: [AP] Stabilization plug-in or software

I have HDV footage shot from a boat that is shaky -- I'd like to
stabilize it. Can anyone recommend a plug-in for Premiere or a
stand-alone program that does a good job of stabilization without
comprising resolution too much?

Thanks!
