Need Help
I recorded wedding on Canon XL1s. Used Azden Wireless mics and plugged reciever
into Right Audio 2. On setup on XL1s I chose 12bit ST 1,2 so I could use the
onboard mic and wireless mic both. Premier Pro 1.5 captured vid and both Audio
1 and 2. On Premier all I have is the audio from the onboard mic (audio 1). So
I plugged in headphones and put monitor on ST2 and can hear the wireless mic
input. Before capture is there a setting I am missing to get both audios, or is
there a way to send just one audio out of the camera to Premier? The onboard
mic picks up ambient sound from church sound system, but cannot hear the
wireless mic. In another group I found a comment that they thought that Adobe
Premier would not capture tracks 3 and 4, but some cheaper programs do. I
thought Premier is too expensive to miss such a fundamental. How do I capture
the wireless mic? Any suggestions are appreciated.
OH! BTW Please don't tell me to pee away $700 to upgrade Adobe, or $3500 for
the bigger proigram, because that is good money after bad. These programs and
the XL1s have been around far too long for that to be a fix.
Frustrated and need a fix. Thank you for any ideas.
